Malta Producers’ Association Launches Professional Programme Future Visions

VALLETTA: A one-week professional development programme Future Visions, organised by the Malta Producers’ Association (MPA), will be held in Valletta 23 – 27 April 2024.

The programme will aid audiovisual professionals in advanced story development, as well as legal, distribution, coproduction and international funding for film and TV.

Among the trainers are John Yorke (former head of drama at the BBC and Channel 4), Annalisa Putorti (from Rulli Putorti and Partners law firm), Martina Petrović (the Creative Europe Media Desk representative in Croatia) and Daniela Said (the Creative Europe Media Desk representative in Malta).

This is the first initiative of the new board of the MPA, consisting of Charlie Cauchi, Rebecca Anastasi, Rebecca Cremona, Ben Borg Cardona and Ryan Gatt.

The event is free for the members of the association founded in 2019, and it is supported by Arts Council Malta.
